Hello! This Heather Towe, team lead for the Jupiter Dream Life team at Corcoran. Thank you so much for registering to use our website. You have a free account that gives you access to one of the most powerful tools you can have, whether you are a buyer, a seller or just curious about the market.
I am going to take a couple of minutes to give you a tour of the tools, so you know how to take advantage of all the site’s great features.
You probably started on our search site, so I will go over that first.
Use our Search site to look for whatever you want, wherever you want. We service everything from Broward to Port Saint Lucie and beyond, so have fun looking around! You can search by area code, city or town, or even address.
Use the search bar to create custom filters. Use the map tool to see where the properties are located. Show all cities will expand your search. Want to share the listings you have pulled? Use the share feature. Copy the link and send to anyone you want. Clear out the filter and start over at any time.
Click on a listing to see details about a specific property. You can
- See all photos
- Favorite the listing — will save this to your list and we can see what you like
- Share the listing
- Schedule a house tour right from the listing page
- In Person or Virtual
- Expand to see details
- Ask a question — we will get in touch with you ASAP
- Get a mortgage rate for the home
- Estimate mortgage payments
Go back to the main screen at any time by clicking the icon in the upper left corner.
See your Saved homes and Saved searches by clicking on the icon in upper right corner.
We have so much more for you! Remove the Search or Agent name from the search bar to reach our main page.
From the home page, you can scroll down to see quick market stats: you can click on any of these icons to give you a current snapshot of trends. If you would like this information for a specific area, just let us know and we can send you a personal link that will update weekly. Scrolling down a little more, you can access different communities. And futher down, you can see our entire team. Have a question? Feel free to fill out the contact form.
Are you a home owner? Use the Sell site to enter your property information and get free home valuation, along with wealth building tips. We will set you up with a periodic report that will give you the updated value of your home.
