How the Business Got Started:
DB Wellbeing was born from my own journey of rebuilding after one of the most difficult seasons of my life. After unexpectedly returning to the United States with no home, no car, no job, and no clear plan, I realized that healing required more than physical fitness alone.

Over the years, I combined my experience as a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, behavior change specialist, educator, and recovery mentor into what eventually became the E3 Method™—a framework that helps women elevate their mind, body, and world by rebuilding from the inside out.

Today, I’m honored to help other women discover that even life’s biggest setbacks can become the foundation for their greatest growth.
