  • There is no cost to submitting this form.

Process:

  • Full Application has to include credit report (630 score or higher), background report, and eviction report.
  • Financial Documentation includes: two recent pay stubs (meets 3x rent), color copy of valid driver license, reference of current landlord & employer.
  • Lease begins October 1, 2021

  • Non refundable fees:
    • $250 cleaning fee
    • $250 pet deposit (per pet)
      • No aggressive breeds
  • Move-In Requirements:
    • First month’s rent — $1600
    • Last month’s rent— $1600
    • Security Deposit — $1600
  • Landlord prefers rent payment via VENMO monthly.
