How the Business Got Started:
Helping people navigate change and improve their lives in my work as a Life Coach was satisfying. However, I realized that too many people where experiencing physical symptoms that held them back from being their best. Sustainable health and happiness go hand in hand. I wanted to be able to help more completely. Acupuncture stood out as a medicine that shared this holistic perspective. I jumped in, found my purpose and passion, and have been treating patients since 2015. For the past three years, I have been in private practice.

Starting Saturday, October 10th, offering donation-based, group auricular (ear) acupuncture to reduce stress, improve mood, sleep, as well as mental and physical resilience–essential in this rapidly changing world. This is a great way to experience acupuncture for the first time, or get a boost in between regular treatments. Sessions will be for 3-4 people at a time (appropriate spacing will be maintained).
