A note from the Jupiter Dream Life Founder, Heather E. Towe…

I started selling real estate in Virginia, and when I moved to Jupiter, Florida, I got my Florida real estate license. I have helped people navigate the world of real estate no matter the situation, from foreclosures to relocations and everything in between.

Although I specialize in luxury, I love to help all people, no matter their background or price point. I use my experience and expertise in the luxury market to provide the same exceptional service to all of my clients, and will seek to provide the ultimate real estate experience for you, too!

I live for my faith and my family. I love to help people and truly enjoy my work. When I am not working, you will find me at the beach, under the water scuba diving, spending time with my friends, working out or simply savoring a good book.

Market Report: North Palm Beach County, March 2024

In March 2024, North Palm Beach County experienced a 9.5% increase in U.S. existing-home sales, surpassing economists’ expectations. This surge was attributed to fluctuating mortgage rates and elevated sales prices, indicating strong buyer demand. New listings increased, while pending sales and inventory showed mixed results. Median sales prices and inventory also saw varied changes.
